Email admin@intbox.ai and we’ll get back to you. Telling us your account email, your device and OS version, and what you expected to happen gets you a useful answer faster.
Common requests
- Connect or disconnect a channel — manage connected channels from Settings in the app. Disconnecting stops new capture from that channel immediately.
- Export your data — request an export from Settings, or email us and we’ll arrange it.
- Delete your account — you can delete your account from within the app. If you can’t reach the app, email admin@intbox.ai from your account address and we’ll process it.
- Report a security issue — email admin@intbox.ai. Please don’t file security reports in public app store reviews.
